What this website does and does not collect, and how we handle what you send us.
This website has no user accounts, no database and no server that stores anything you type. The appointment form does not send your details to us — it opens WhatsApp with a message you can read and edit before sending. Nothing happens until you press send there.
When you fill in the form on the booking page, your entries stay in your own browser. Pressing the button assembles them into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send.
Once you do send the message, the conversation is a normal WhatsApp chat between you and us, governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We use what you tell us to answer your enquiry and arrange your appointment.
Your WhatsApp messages and any phone call remain in the ordinary records of those apps on our phone, as any conversation would. We use your name, phone number and what you asked for to arrange and confirm your appointment. We do not sell, share or pass your details to anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
If you would like us to delete a conversation, ask us on WhatsApp or call +91 99221 61030 and we will do it.
This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Two things do involve other companies, and both are worth naming.
No analytics or measurement script is currently loaded on this website. If we add one, we will record here what it measures. The site is built so that analytics can be switched on without slowing anything down, and it would only ever record aggregate behaviour - which pages are read, and which buttons are used - never anything that identifies you.
Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs — IP addresses, timestamps, which file was requested — for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
This website is intended for adults enquiring about massage services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If the website starts doing something different — an analytics script, an online booking system, a newsletter — this page will be updated to say so, and the review date at the top will change.
