Warm Oil Massage at Deglour Naka, Nanded

This is the session most people in Nanded mean when they search for an oil massage or a malish, and it is a plain thing to ask for - say hot oil when you arrive, or mention it on WhatsApp beforehand. Warm is a matter of taste rather than a fixed setting, so tell the therapist if you would like it warmer or cooler and it will be adjusted.

The technique sits in the same family as a Swedish massage: long gliding strokes along the length of the muscle, kneading, an even tempo held from start to finish, and pressure in the light-to-moderate range. What sets this session apart is the oil - used generously, and warmed before it reaches your back.

It is worth being honest about what warmth changes, because plenty of places are not. It changes how the session feels. Warm oil spreads more easily, the first contact is not a cold shock, and the strokes read as smoother and more enveloping than the same strokes with cool oil. That is the whole of the difference, and for most people it is reason enough. We make no claims beyond it.

Oil is used freely and stays on the skin afterwards, so most people book this for an evening rather than for a slot before a meeting. • Working professionals at the end of the day. A 60-minute session with nothing to decide once you are on the table. Conversation is entirely optional.
• Businessmen with an evening free. We are open until 11:00 PM every day, so a late booking after work is normal rather than an exception.
• Gym-goers on a lighter day. Flowing, moderate-pressure work for days when you do not want firm, concentrated pressure. Ask for deep tissue on the days you do.
• Anyone who dislikes cold oil. If the first cold touch of oil is the part you have never enjoyed, this is the session to ask for by name.

1. Say how warm you want it. The oil is warmed to a comfortable temperature, not a high one. Tell the therapist at the start if you would prefer it warmer or cooler.
2. Oil applied generously. Enough oil for the hands to glide the whole length of a stroke without dragging. This is not a dry-hand style.
3. Long, flowing strokes at a steady pressure. Light to moderate, held at an even rhythm for the hour. Say so at any point if you want it firmer or gentler.
4. Give yourself a few minutes. Sit up slowly and take some water. Oil stays on the skin, so most people plan this for an evening rather than before something formal.

Every session takes place at our one centre: opposite Citizen Gym, Deglour Naka, Nanded. We do not operate branches elsewhere in Nanded district and we do not offer visits to your home or hotel.
